Refund and Returns Policy

We aim to provide our customers with an exceptional tea experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, our replacement policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Replacements:

a. Parcel Acceptance:

Please do not accept the parcel if the sealing tape has been tampered with.

b. Request for Replacement:

To request a replacement, please raise your request within 5 days of the delivery date.

  • i. Damaged/Incorrect Product Received:

    • Attach clear photographs of the delivered product along with the invoice for our internal quality check.

    • Please allow us up to 24 hours to review your request. If approved, a replacement will be shipped.

  • ii. Item Missing from Order:

    • Attach a photograph of the delivered parcel, the shipping label, and the invoice.

    • Please allow us up to 24 hours to review your request. If approved, a replacement will be shipped.

  • iii. Expired Product Received:

    • Attach clear photographs showing the product, its expiry date, and the invoice.

    • Please allow us up to 24 hours to review your request. If approved, a replacement will be shipped.

2. Returns:

Due to the perishable nature of our tea products and to maintain the highest quality standards, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

  • We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint.

  • The freshness of tea products is affected during the return process.

3. Conditions for Replacements and Cancellations:

  • The following conditions apply to replacement and cancellation requests:

  • Replacement requests must be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • Reports of damaged, missing, or expired products must be made within 5 days of delivery.

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 4 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.

  • If the wrong product was ordered by the customer, it is not eligible for replacement or cancellation.
